What is it, in plain English?

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
Your employees are already using ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot on client work. The catch is those are public tools your confidential files should never touch, and every file that goes in helps train someone else's model. This is private to your company, answers only from your own documents, cites every source, and never guesses. Nothing you upload leaves your business's control or trains another model.
We could just ban those tools, why not do that?
Bans don't hold. Employees reach for AI because it saves real time, so a ban just pushes it out of sight and out of your control. Giving them a private, better alternative is what actually keeps confidential work out of public AI.
Does it ever make things up?
No. That's the whole point. Every answer is grounded in your documents and cites the exact source, and when the answer genuinely isn't in your files it says so instead of guessing. That's what makes it safe for client, legal and compliance work.
Is our data safe?
Completely. It's single-tenant, built and hosted for your company alone in the UK, and your documents never leave your control or train another model. Access is role-controlled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we delete on request, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available.
